Lucy Bradley was our solicitor for our house sale and purchase, and she was fantastic. She was consistently helpful, answered emails and questions clearly and quickly, and made sure that we understood everything that was going on during an otherwise-complex process. House Sale with Power of Attorney
RFB supported me through the recent sale of my dad's bungalow. Our conveyancer, Charles Ling, was very friendly & approachable and he was always available via email or phone if we needed to contact him. He dealt with our queries very efficiently and helped to ensure that the whole sale process was as smooth as possible. I would defintely recommend Charles and RFB and would happily use them again if the situation arises.

Excellent Solicitor
We used Lucy Bradley for a recent house purchase and we could not have asked for a better person to manage the conveyancing. Lucy was extremely proactive and quick to progress the sale from the minute we had our offer accepted right through to completion. As first time buyers we were completely in the dark with how the process works however Lucy provided excellent communication throughout explaining exactly what was happening at each stage and often highlighted and explained in depth key points for us to note. We felt in safe hands which was important to us and can’t thank Lucy enough for helping us through the process in the manner she did.

Excellent 4 star service.
Lucy Bradley was our conveyancing solicitor for 2 properties (1 mine, 1 my mothers) I found Lucy to be professional and on the ball with both transactions, and would highly recommend her services. I for one will definitely use her again in the future.

House Conveyance
The conveyancer (Lucy) was professional, communicative and responsive to questions. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She always answered emails and telephone calls promptly. There was a small issue towards the end of the process. This was a failure to recognise funds had not been transferred as expected, but was resolved quickly.

Professional, efficient and complete problem solving

Excellent service - would recommend
I had some concerns about using RFB initially as previously have preferred the use of local solicitors for ease of contact. I need not had worried though, the solictor allocated to my sale and purchase [Lucy Bradley], was brilliant, professional and proactive. Neither transaction was straight forward but Lucy worked her way through and resolved each of the issues and kept me well updated throughout.
