Great help getting lease extension
I contacted Ben from RFB to get a lease extension where the freeholder was non responsive. Their expertise and advice was essential in forcing the issue through the statutory route which is not something I could have done myself. Communication and expectation setting was clear. Professional & Competent
RFB represented in me in a case where developers refused to return back a deposit I paid for a property purchase. Prior to engaging the team I've spent a year and half chasing and not having made progress. I dealt with Ben Rimmel and Ben Frost and I can honestly say its been a fantastic experience where my expectations were managed, was given great advice and risks across different options were clearly laid out to me in laymen terms. Excellent service in relation to statutory lease extension
Ben, Luke & Samantha at RFB Legal have been very helpful in relation to my statutory lease extension - they have proven why you need an experienced solicitor in this area since the freeholder's lawyers tried to pick on loopholes but Ben & co have done a great job in making sure the law was followed correctly in submitting my notice to the freeholder. In the end the freeholder's lawyers did not have chance to comeback and haggle on the premium offered since they missed their deadline.

Extension of the lease
It’s my second time using Ronald Fletcher Baker, the first time when I purchased my flat and the second time when I started the procedure to extend the lease of my flat. I can only say the service was 5 stars! Great communication (over the phone and email), they explained all the procedure in a simple way so I could easily understand and they supported me throughout the process, even if it wasn’t the smoothest one , they have made it so clear for me. Freehold purchase
We jointly purchased the Freehold of our property via Right of First Refusal. Ben and team have been incredibly helpful and guided us through every step of this process, the formation of the company and then the conveyancing.
