Lease Deed of Variation Work
Kate undertook the legal work required to obtain freeholder approval for a Deed of Variation on the existing lease. As with all legal processes there were several parties involved who needed to supply agreement. Kate managed to obtain the final signed document with a couple of months.

Excellent service
Selling my flat was a fraught experience with two withdrawn offers and the third finally making it to the finish line. It also included a lease extension on the flat. Both Kate and Emily did a very good job of pushing this through despite issues with the freeholder keeping me up to date with progress and answering any and all queries that I had. Even when Kate left on maternity leave, Emily continued with the conveyancing to completion.
I will definitely use their service and would recommend them and RFB to anyone looking for a friendly and efficient solicitor firm.

Great service
I had a great experience with this firm. I used them to buy my first home and they have been very helpful with all the problems I have had during the process and the several attempts it took me to find the right property. They have been very supportive and always available to help with my queries and troubles. Would use them again in the future.

Sale & Purchase of a Property
Excellent service offered by Kate Farkins & Peter Smith. House originally fell through after 3 months, but after a sale was agreed the whole process was turned around in 2 months from sale agreed to completion. Everything was handled by the team internally including all transferring of funds which made the process very simple.
I was advised by my mortgage advisor to use this solicitor and didn't appoint a local solicitor and I would have no hesitation to use them again. Clear and professional advice and always on the phone/email if I had any questions. Overall a real pleasure to work with and very easy service.

Highly recommended

Amazing!!
I just wanted to Write this review to say how amazing Kate Farkins & Emily Maskrey. We have just purchased our new property and they both went above and beyond with the service they provided. They were both Amazing, So thankful for all the hard work they put in to our case. They answered any questions, queries we had straight away and even when they were on Annual leave. A 5-star service
I cannot recommend RFB Legal enough!
I have worked in Estate Agency for twenty years and dealt with hundreds of solicitors and conveyancers. Without doubt, RFB have been to most thorough, hard-working and understanding people I have dealt with.
