I would like to thank Anna Seifert-Craggs for providing us with a great conveyancing service during our first family home purchase. Her due diligence and professionalism was fantastic especially with a tight deadline to complete on the 20th Dec! This was all supported by Charles Ling especially in the final hours where he was an absolute star, ensuring we read into all updates during a very stressful couple of days leading upto completion. I need to sell a flat with a short term lease which was proving to be a significant headache. I did some online research and discovered I would need a solicitor who specializes in this type of sale. I sent out various requests to solicitors and Anna’s reply was by far the best. That’s why I choose this company and she was excellent through out the process.

We recently contacted RFB to ask them to carry out our mortgage conveyance.
We were assigned to Anna Seifort Craggs.
We were impressed by her prompt communications and solution-finding to get the job done efficiently.
Unfortunately, Anna was unwell for a time during this process, but she went above and beyond once she'd returned to her office (even before she was fully recovered), to make sure we could complete at the time that was important for us.
We were grateful, and extremely satisfied with her service. We would not hesitate to recommend her and the firm of Ronald Fletcher Baker to anyone seeking legal services.

Fast, transparent and efficient conveyance.
We were very tight in timing, changed to RFB LLP at the recommendation of a friend and were astonished by the the professionalism of Anna. Could not have met the deadline without her help and support. The conveyance went smooth and quick. Anna was patient, quick and detailed to our queries. Cannot complain on the fees too, these were very reasonable. Thank you.

Highly recommend Anna Seifert-Craggs
I can't thank Anna enough, she kept me informed throughout the process, I had a hiccup as the vendor changed her purchase into the process, I needed to compete my Mortgage by 31st July had this not happened I may well have had to re-apply, which as an older purchaser would have reduced the term.
Not only did Anna complete before the end of July, she
actually completed on 4th
July!!!
The relief was just amazing, Anna had informed me three weeks prior to completion that
She aimed for this date and did this to her credit!
My thanks to Anna her commitment will stay with me forever!

Excellent service
As an estate agent out of area, I had the pleasure of dealing with Anna on a recent purchase, exchanged today. I found Anna highly professional in her approach to the transaction and as I was selling the property, the updates she provided to me on each stage of her purchase were so much appreciated as I was able to keep my client in the loop at all times.
