We recently contacted RFB to ask them to carry out our mortgage conveyance.

Fast, transparent and efficient conveyance.
We were very tight in timing, changed to RFB LLP at the recommendation of a friend and were astonished by the the professionalism of Anna. Could not have met the deadline without her help and support. The conveyance went smooth and quick. Anna was patient, quick and detailed to our queries. Highly recommend Anna Seifert-Craggs
I can't thank Anna enough, she kept me informed throughout the process, I had a hiccup as the vendor changed her purchase into the process, I needed to compete my Mortgage by 31st July had this not happened I may well have had to re-apply, which as an older purchaser would have reduced the term.
Not only did Anna complete before the end of July, she
actually completed on 4th
July!!!
The relief was just amazing, Anna had informed me three weeks prior to completion that
She aimed for this date and did this to her credit!
My thanks to Anna her commitment will stay with me forever!

Excellent service
As an estate agent out of area, I had the pleasure of dealing with Anna on a recent purchase, exchanged today. Property purchase

A few months ago, we were recommended by our managing agents Smarts of Penryn, to instruct Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP to act for us, from their Exeter office, for the purchase of a property in Penryn.
We were fortunate to be assigned Anna Seifert-Craggs to see through this transaction. It went through on time, on budget and without any problems or delays. We were delighted that all responses were quick and to the point and were fielded by others in the RFB team when Anna was engaged with her other duties.
So, we now have a tenant already in residence, within the purchase timeframe estimated by Anna when we opened discussions. For a landlord it is difficult to see how this could be bettered.
We would without hesitation, recommend Ronald Fletcher Baker LLB to anyone requiring legal services or advice.
