First house sale

Alice supported us through the sale of our first house. She kept us up to date and in the loop with all aspects of the sale and when extra information was requested Alice was fast to act. Good results of an awkward sale

Sold a flat through HCR Law. It had many challenges as was on the 6th floor and there are now many more regulations on it than when I bought it. The freeholder also changed halfway through the sale and there were other unexpected issues. Alice Gathern kept the whole process moving and kept me up to date with developments. She was easy to get in touch with and always stopped to help when needed, talking me through how to fill out the more complicated forms, clearly explaining the issues and calming me down when I panicked over one particular issue. After all the challenges that arose, I didn’t think the flat would sell, but it did and I’m very grateful to Alice and her team for keeping it moving.

We have used Hewitsons for almost 35 years and whilst not the cheapest are incredibly professional and take out some of the stress of a house move. Professionally managing the property sale

We have sold and purchased a number of properties in the last few years and Alice has acted on our behalf for all of these. Alice manages the process proactively and ensures that the other parties' legal team provide timely and accurate responses.
