I have used HCR for business acquisitions in the past and they were always fantastic, and it was an easy decision to use their residential conveyancing team for my new family home purchase. Laura (partner) was my initial point of contact who was so lovely to deal with to agree fees and talk me through the process HCR will take. Nayna; who is new to the team, conducted the majority of the work and was absolutely brilliant throughout the legal process, our sale and purchase undertook. Nayna always kept me up to date with progress, what we were waiting for and what had been completed. Nayna was extremely friendly and professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. John saw us through to exchange of contracts and completion and without his work and influence, I do not feel we would have completed on our new family home as quickly as we did. John also always kept me in the loop with progress and was such a pleasure to work with. HCR as a whole were extremely proactive and always on hand to speak to at a moments notice. I cannot commend Nayna, John and Laura enough for being so easy to get hold of. It is very rare to be able to phone for your solicitor and 9 times of out 10, be able to speak directly to them. I always felt the all had so much time for me and that was never a burden. Thank you to you all for helping my family move in to our dream home.

Selling and Buying houses
Between February 2023 and May 2024 hcrlaw managed transactions on 3 different properties for me
I appointed them on my daughters recommendation. They first helped me with a sale of my property in February 2023,the buyer was keen on a quick sale and at a time when the housing market was looking decidedly feeble so was I. Thanks to the support of hcrlaw I was off looking for my new home mid May2023.In October 2023 I had an offer accepted on a property Sadly the vendor withdrew 7 weeks later. I choose HCR Law who were again very helpful and totally supportive of this abortive purchase. In February 2024 I had an offer accepted on a property We completed 09/05/24 a year after I left my previous house HCR Law has been with me every step of the way. I would not have appointed them 3 times within a year if I hadn't had total confidence in them

Great Service
John did our conveyancing for our first house purchase and was fantastic. He was very thorough and gave us really good advice taking the time to explain everything so that we understood it fully.
