Following a recent house purchase we realised it would be a good idea to each arrange a Will.

We were pleased we took the recommendation from our neighbour to appoint CARLA to handle our property sale. This proved not to be as straight forward as we had expected. The buyers kept raising requests to have access/undertake works prior to Completion. But, Carla guides us on how to repel such approaches. This was of great relief to us. In the end, Completion was achieved. Throughout, Carla acted professionally. We would highly recommend her.

Great service on a tricky puchase! Would definitely recommend.

Laura Upshall provided a fantastic service for our house purchase. It was a tricky conveyance, with adverse possession claims, arrangements with neighbouring land to put in place and some old restrictive covenants. I had so sell my dental practice this year and I was recommended to use HCR. I found them to be excellent. They were quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. They were able to translate all the solicitor talk into simple English so that I could understand it without making me feel stupid. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It was a real pleasure to deal with such nice people.
