I work with developers on plot sales and purchases, as well as private individuals on sale and purchase transactions and refinance matters, taking them through the process clearly and efficiently and delivering them the best possible service. I’m an approachable, friendly legal assistant and I’m very passionate about helping clients buying properties to have as stress-free an experience as possible. In my spare time, I’m a Masters Synchronized Swimmer and compete regularly around the world, as well as coaching at my local synchro club.

Excellent work
I am super proud of Carla she gave my family a home. Very reasonable priced, walked me through every stage with kindness. Whilst buying a house is an exciting experience it can also be very stressful. Grateful Carla minimised the distress. I will forever recommend Carla. house sale
We were pleased we took the recommendation from our neighbour to appoint CARLA to handle our property sale. This proved not to be as straight forward as we had expected. The buyers kept raising requests to have access/undertake works prior to Completion. But, Carla guides us on how to repel such approaches. This was of great relief to us. In the end, Completion was achieved. Throughout, Carla acted professionally. We would highly recommend her.

Residential buy and sell… fantastic service.
HCR Law have now acted on my behalf on three occasions, twice as a buyer and once as a seller. On all three occasions, I found the service I received flawless. I can’t fault the support and dedication from the HCR team at all.
Carla acted on mine and my partners behalf for our most recent property purchase. Executor Property Sale
Carla Sanders and her team acted for me and my co-executor, my brother, in the sale of our late mother's home. She was lovely to deal with throughout, keeping us fully informed as she negotiated the twists and turns of an abortive transaction followed by the finally successful sale. Everything was fully explained throughout and she couldn't have done more for us. Highly recommended

House purchase - Carla is excellent
Carla Sanders was an excellent solicitor to work with. Whether it is via phone calls or emails she was always quick to respond. We really want to thank Carla for the smooth transaction. When our original house purchase was not successful, we were bit down. She had encouraged us to search again for the houses and continued her support. We really appreciate her for this help.
