Hi everyone, I wish to share our personal experience using HCR Law. We could not recommend them more, we are extremely grateful for the service we have received from them especially thanks to our solicitor Carla Sanders, and her team.
The whole experience from start to finish was amazing despite taking over half a year to complete (as our choice was a newly built property scheduled in the future), I will start from the beginning, our situation was a bit more unique as we are an international couple and we wished to settle in the UK and had to find someone very capable like Carla and HCR Law with knowledge about international laws not only the UK system.
After calling around a few other solicitor firms, they said they were not interested in helping us as it was too complicated for them, soon after I found HCR Law, phoned and spoke to Carla, and explained our story, she said to us from day one that she could help with our case and do everything she could to make this happen but it will take a bit more time as extra work is required due to our international backgrounds, long story short in the end after a few good months of work here we are we got our keys for our dream home exactly as Carla has told us from the start.
My wife and I would highly recommend using Carla and her team for all your needs, we are very happy with the result, our matter was treated exactly as expected, all our questions were answered and communication was great with no delays from HCR, and she took her time to explain everything in great detail to us and took care of all the things needed to complete the transaction smoothly and in good time.
We want to wish you all the best and thank you so much for all your help, words can't describe how thankful we feel!

We were recommended HCR Law and Laura Upshall in person to deal with the sale of our existing house and the purchase of the new one. In comparison to other firms quotes HCR Law appeared significantly more expensive. However the firms reputation for active diligence meant it was the most sensible option and we were not disappointed in anyway. Laura kept us informed of everything we needed to do, regularly reported on progress and chased all parties to ensure the sale went through in the shortest practical time period. Very professional, easy to deal with and a pleasure to talk to.

I unfortunately had a very negative experience with HCRLaw . My case progressed at an excruciatingly slow pace, largely due to their lack of proactivity. The failure to address essential documents in a timely manner, leaving it until the very end, resulted in significant delays and considerable unnecessary stress.
Communication was also a major issue. Getting hold of them was near impossible; calls frequently went unanswered, and I was constantly left chasing for updates. Even when they did promise to get back to me, they rarely followed through.
Overall, I found their service to be incredibly inefficient and frustrating. If you are looking for a solicitor who is responsive, proactive, and values your time, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I recently worked with Arran Bhatti on the purchase of my first home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. What started as a straightforward mortgage quickly turned into a more complicated process involving a bridging loan, which made things significantly more challenging and time-consuming.
Throughout it all, Arran’s expertise and professionalism were invaluable. From the very beginning, he made me feel at ease, explaining each step of the process clearly and guiding me through the complexities with confidence. His thorough understanding of the situation and commitment to finding solutions were greatly appreciated - even with the difficult company that we had.
Despite the unexpected hurdles, Arran ensured the process was handled efficiently and effectively, resulting in a successful outcome. I’m extremely pleased with the support I received and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable solicitor. My partner found HCR Solicitors and through them Joanna as I had been having problems for ten months with renewing my Passport. Joanna was exceptionally knowledgeable, reassuring and understanding as I was quite stressed by the time I spoke to her on the phone for the first time. She and her colleague Lucy worked on my case and I must stress that all my emails were answered within the same day and the legal advice they gave me was second to none. I cannot express my gratitude to such an amazing team who both worked incredibly hard and their advice and actions made the resolution of the problems easy and straightforward.
