Impolite, unprofessional, indifferent!

Waiting in reception as solicitor came in. He stood talking to receptionist for couple of minutes with his back to me before side-glancing & gesturing towards a side room. Only began to speak when we sat down. Indifferent, cold; he reminded me of the archetype butler opening the mansion door in pre. war Gothic horror movies.

Review of Will

Following a recent house purchase we realised it would be a good idea to each arrange a Will.

Emma was recommended to us and we are very pleased with the service she provided. The advice provided was clear and succinct whilst Emma always had an informed answer to any queries we had.

Emma and her team were very efficient throughout and were friendly and approachable.

We have already recommended Emma's services to other family members.

house sale

We were pleased we took the recommendation from our neighbour to appoint CARLA to handle our property sale. This proved not to be as straight forward as we had expected. The buyers kept raising requests to have access/undertake works prior to Completion. But, Carla guides us on how to repel such approaches. This was of great relief to us. In the end, Completion was achieved. Throughout, Carla acted professionally. We would highly recommend her.

Reassuring & practical guidance

he partner with whom I have dealt on a number of occasions (Tonina Ashby; Northampton) is utterly professional, puts you immediately at ease; a great listener, she fully understands the client requirements and gives a great focus on the issues and what is needed. All is explained in a practical way which gives the client the confidence to make effective decisions about important aspects of their life. Highly recommended
