Ridiculous incompetent company all they say is we are working on it but nothing ever happens we are supposed to be completing in 2 or 3 days but they will still not tell us.we have to sort things out and sort a removal van out even after 7 months.i am now on the verge of killing myself I can't stand this any longer

When my elderly and disabled parents made the emotional decision to sell their family home of 58 years and move to a new bungalow across the country, we knew the process wouldn’t be easy. But thanks to Talbots Solicitors in Coventry, what could have been a stressful and chaotic experience was handled with professionalism, care, and an unwavering commitment to ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible.
Andrea Nailer was nothing short of amazing. Words can’t express how grateful we are for the help and support she provided, especially when things went horribly chaotic due to the incompetence of another firm. When everything felt like it was falling apart, Andrea pulled out all the stops to ensure my parents’ sale and purchase could happen. Her ability to stay calm, professional, and focused while managing multiple challenges was reassuring beyond words. She kept us informed at every tiny step, which was invaluable during such an unpredictable process.
We also can’t thank Rujina enough for her incredible support. She worked closely with Mum, Dad, and me to ensure all the paperwork was in order, keeping us updated and guiding us through every stage. Her patience, attention to detail, and kindness made a real difference during such an overwhelming time.
A special mention must go to Monica, who went above and beyond by personally visiting my parents to help with some last-minute signatures. It’s not often you see that level of care and dedication in a solicitor’s firm. Monica’s willingness to offer a truly personalised, hands-on service is something we will never forget.
Talbots didn’t just handle the legal aspects, they provided peace of mind, empathy, and support when we needed it most. Their dedication to their clients goes beyond what’s expected, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the people they serve.

I could not recommend Talbots service enough. Andrea, Monica and the team ensured they did everything they could for us to complete before the stamp duty increase. However, while doing this they still ensured everything was done correctly and that there would be no issues which we would face which could effect us in a negative way!
