I am Director & Head of the Agriculture & Strategic Land Development at Talbots Law, specialising in rural and development matters. I advise rural clients on all property matters from agricultural tenancies, renewable energy schemes and the buying and selling of farms and land, and I am also experienced in advising on general partnership matters. I act for landowners and developers in the purchase and sale of development sites, conditional contracts, options, promotion agreements, development and overage or clawback agreements.
