Talbots are supposed to be handling the purchase of our house and they have been nothing but a nightmare. Trying to get a hold of a person is difficult enough, as they're usually 'unavailable'
Then our case manager went on annual leave and no one thought to pass on our case.
We should have been moved in by the start of December at the latest, then we've said the 15th and that's still not looking likely as they've said it's probably going to be next year now.
THATS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
I have had to postpone the start of a new job, which doesn't look great.
Talbots have had so much time, and yet, they've done absolutely nothing!

We worked with Talbots Law, specifically Afy Khan, on a property purchase at auction that involved several conveyancing complexities and a tight timeline. Despite these challenges, Afy and his team were highly responsive, providing a clear plan that outlined potential obstacles and strategies to overcome them. I was kept informed throughout the process and felt reassured by their expert legal guidance.
