Left us homeless
I was not their client but my buyer was.
They valued the wrong property address (our sold property)
Left us homeless and with two Luton vans of furniture with 2 dogs.
Took a week to sort out but thanks to family and friends (we were 100 miles away from our old home) who put us up and stored all our furniture so the removal company could offload
No apology, nothing, no compensation and no reply to any of our emails.
That includes direct emails to the managing director.
They did however call my conveyancer and say they wouldn't be replying to us as we weren't their client!!!
BUT IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE AND NEGLIGENCE THAT CAUSED US TO BE LEFT HOMELESS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
