This was my first experience on having to deal with being a Will/Estate Executor and I couldn’t have asked for a more professional and friendly solicitor to guide me as Holly, from Talbots Law in Codsall.
Her friendly manner put my experience at ease from the start, especially under the sad circumstances.
At every step of the way Holly has been there when I needed guidance and advice, being quick to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend Holly in the instance of Probate/Inheritance, “a gem of a solicitor”.

Left us homeless

I was not their client but my buyer was.
They valued the wrong property address (our sold property)
Left us homeless and with two Luton vans of furniture with 2 dogs.
Took a week to sort out but thanks to family and friends (we were 100 miles away from our old home) who put us up and stored all our furniture so the removal company could offload
No apology, nothing, no compensation and no reply to any of our emails.
That includes direct emails to the managing director.
They did however call my conveyancer and say they wouldn't be replying to us as we weren't their client!!!
BUT IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE AND NEGLIGENCE THAT CAUSED US TO BE LEFT HOMELESS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Overall service was great - my only criticism would be more verbal communication as not everyone has access to their emails throughout the day , however I understand that work load has increased due to COVID-19 . Overall I am happy with the service I received ! I will recommend Talbots Law again and again.
