I found out about talbots law through a family member and my chosen solicitor was a lady named Michelle Guest she was very friendly and highly charismatic and I could not have recommended her enough she was very professional and really understanding of the case that I was part of and a 5 star rating is well and truly deserved

When I contacted Talbots law I was very distressed and was met with a warm, calm and welcoming approach by the team. I felt they were very supportive and that they listened to my needs and adapted to ensure my unique needs were met. The team supported me with a personalised approach through every stage of the process and through to the final court hearing and were sensitive throughout. They appeared to have the knowledge, skills and experience to support me through the legal process whilst being sensitive about my mental well-being.

When my mom passed away we decided to employ a well known old established company to process the probate for us. What a disaster. They didn't have a clue and gave us totally wrong advice. After a very stressful two years of getting nowhere they left us with no alternative to dispense with their services and employ another solicitor to act on our behalf. That's when we employed Talbots Law. What a difference, our case handler Holly Elphick was very professional and knowledgeable. She took on our case and processed the probate in no time. I wish we had used Talbots Law initially and saved two years of utter stress. Well done Talbots Law and a big thank you to Holly.

Being in my first home for just over a year I thought it would be the right time to say how excellent the process was using Terri from Talbots was. I was a first time buyer, who was nervous and felt like I had many silly questions, some of which I would ask more than once. The process from start to finish was smooth and faultless and the communication between Terri and I was perfect. Highly recommend. I’m not ready to move house again, but when I am, I will be looking for her.

Just closed the purchased of my first home. Couldnt recommend Talbots, Halesowen enough, from start to finish Terri was always available and kept me updated throught the process.
