The worst company to deal with!

This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. It has been over 8 months since my claim and they have not bothered to respond or update me in a timely manner. Even now my emails, telephone calls etc are ignored and excuse after excuse is given. Apparently my case is still being 'allocated'

Complaints are the same, they do nothing. I am now reaching out to the Solicitors Regulation Authority

Appalling service! If i could give 0 stars it would be so!

I have gave Slater & Gordon 3 stars due to number of employees dealing with my claim I believe previous employees left the company but I did not find this out until I chased claim up. However I would give Adil Saeed 5 STARS , so happy he took over my claim, excellent customer service , went above & beyond would 100% recommend Adil.

Adil Saeed, was very professional, kept me updated on a regular basis from when he took over the claim, had two previous employees dealing with my claim prior to that &
I had to contact them for updates. Adil's customer service was outstanding he went above & beyond to keep me updated which I really appreciated. Adil provided a 5 star service. Was not really impressed with firm but very impressed with Adil.

I must say, the Multi-track solicitors exceeded my expectations. The professionalism, honesty, timely-responses and case management was exceptional. Everyone I’ve spoken to at Slater & Gordon have been great. Julie Maiden, who dealt with my case, has gone above & beyond in my eyes. Always on hand to answer any questions & providing regular updates - sometimes sending emails during the evening or over the weekend.
A couple of other solicitors I tried previously told me I had no case. Slater & Gordon took the time to understand my situation, acknowledged that I had been mistreated & built my case - and I won!

The VW Emissions Claim process was protracted but ultimately successful. Slater and Gordon kept me informed of progress with regular updates and it culminated in receiving a substantial compensation payment. I would not have taken this on by myself so my thanks go to Slater and Gordon for fighting this case through the legal system to a successful conclusion.
