One of the worst company to deal with, they can only seem to lie. They don’t care about you as there client. I’ve been promised to multiple times that I would actually get updates. In the 4 years (still on going) they’ve been handling my case, I have never had an update apart from me having to fight and ring multiple time, leaving emails and going through complaints to get updates. It only seems like they want as much money from my legal cover. I’ve been waiting 10 months for a expert to look at a medical report? How can it take 10 months when every time I’ve actually been able to talk to someone I’ve been told it should take 2 weeks. I’ve had 4 case handlers and every time they are changed they seem to get worse and tell more lies. Please avoid and find anyone else

After breaking my foot in a car park by tripping over a pothole,I debated for a while about making a claim, as this happened at work, after about a year and having had physio, still being in pain, realising this injury had impacted my life more than I initially thought and researching a firm to use I decided to contact Slater and Gordon to review my case. I was advised that I had plenty of evidence and a great case after 15 months of the odd email from the firm I was then advised the total opposite of everything that had been said in previous months and honestly made to feel as if it was my fault they dropped the case. No professionalism at all completely disgusted, would not recommend or use ever again!!

Slater and Gordon Cardiff was appointed by my union (Unite the Union) to help me resolve a dispute with a former employer. My solicitor, Sophie George, was brilliant as was her supervisor Sian. They were efficient and helpful throughout the process.

Family law solicitor Aysha Chouhdary provided me with a excellent service in helping me with long standing family related issues.
She was very professional, knowledgeable in her area of work, reliable and very responsive when needed.
She always had time to listen and talk through my concerns and worries and always re assured me throughout the process. Nothing was to much trouble and was definitely on my side throughout the proceedings.
