I have gave Slater & Gordon 3 stars due to number of employees dealing with my claim I believe previous employees left the company but I did not find this out until I chased claim up. However I would give Adil Saeed 5 STARS , so happy he took over my claim, excellent customer service , went above & beyond would 100% recommend Adil.

Adil Saeed, was very professional, kept me updated on a regular basis from when he took over the claim, had two previous employees dealing with my claim prior to that &
I had to contact them for updates. Adil's customer service was outstanding he went above & beyond to keep me updated which I really appreciated. Adil provided a 5 star service. Was not really impressed with firm but very impressed with Adil.

I have recently used Slater and Gordon for an employment matter and I honestly cannot praise Doreen who helped me enough! There was a strict deadline and this was reached in perfect timing after only giving Doreen around a weeks notice (SORRY! Employers fault for not sending the contract sooner!). None the less, she took this on with no problems, kept me updated and advised me of next steps.
