My son has had a nightmare with this company wish I'd never went to them my sons case has gone on for 7 YEARS..!!
it's been so stressful and so unorganised...
Now he has accepted a claim it's been 41days since he settled and 11days ago they said they have his settlement money now they have changed their tune and said actually we dont have it
...so when you do win you still can't get your money off these people
Save yourself the stress and go ANYWHERE else....
UPDATE
NOW 51 DAYS WITH NO COMPENSATION PAID.....AVOID THIS COMPANY

My late father engaged Slater and Gordon whilst suppering form Asbestosis, we were visited by a solicitor all the way from Manchester and signed up then for them to review the facts and decide if they could win any legal case. Very quickly they came back agreeing to take on the case and from that point they acted swiftly, gathering evidence, facts and also all dealings with family were conducted with great respect once my father had died.
highly recommend them, outcome was a compensation award and I cannot recommend them enough!
