Compensation Claim
I have gave Slater & Gordon 3 stars due to number of employees dealing with my claim I believe previous employees left the company but I did not find this out until I chased claim up. However I would give Adil Saeed 5 STARS , so happy he took over my claim, excellent customer service , went above & beyond would 100% recommend Adil.

Compensation Claim
Adil Saeed, was very professional, kept me updated on a regular basis from when he took over the claim, had two previous employees dealing with my claim prior to that &
I had to contact them for updates. Adil's customer service was outstanding he went above & beyond to keep me updated which I really appreciated. Adil provided a 5 star service. Was not really impressed with firm but very impressed with Adil.

Excellent service by adil
No fault car accident, leading to surgery and recovery once dealt with by Adil my legal rep things moved forward a lot quicker and smoother than previously. Always at the end of the phone and always responds to emails.

CAR ACCIDENT
To begin with I wasn’t happy with the Gordon & Slater solicitors. My case was passed around so much I had know idea who my solicitor was or even if I was actually still a client of theirs.
When Adil contacted me, I thought it would just be a repeat of the other times, we would go through my car accident details and I would never hear from them again, but Adil took on my case, he kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way, he guided me through it, he was polite and apologetic that things were taking time and he explained why and within in a few weeks everything was done.
I cannot praise Adil highly enough and I definitely cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you Adil
