We have recently bought our first home and were recommended to use Elite Law. Carina and Daisy have been working with us and they have made the entire process so easy. Being new to all of this, I had completely underestimated how much there is to do before you get into your home! The communication we received from both was so clear and easy to follow and took away so much stress we would have had without them. We were kept up to date at all times and everything we were asked to do was made straight forward with their guidance. They are very professional but also friendly and easy to approach if unsure on anything. I would definitely recommend Elite Law to family and friends and would be more than happy to use them again in the future. :)

She was always cheery and calm even though dealing with the freeholder was beyond challenging for everyone involved. She was always timely in responding to my many questions and patient with my frustrations with the freeholder. Being in Canada it was so lovely to have someone efficient on my side. Amazing - Absolutely Amazing!

I had a very tight timescale to sell and purchase. Historically found many lawyers in this area of conveyancing falling back to automated processes, forms, voicemail, and constant chasing for updates. NOT with Emma… she was ‘on it’ keeping me constantly updated, doing everything she could to remove the headache of the process, and for me personally it was always a blessing that whenever I called she picked up and dealt with me direct and resolved any query or concern. Honestly couldn’t have asked for better. A blessing to have dealt with during a challenging process and timescale. Thank You

We used elite law solicitors to buy our home and we could not have had a better experience. We was advised a 12 week completion, we managed to complete in just over 7 weeks. Both Kalim and Hoy was very prompt in getting back to us and completing all paperwork required. We would be using for any future purchases and would highly recommend.

Carina, Daisy and Victoria helped guide me through two property purchases. The first one saw the seller pull out late in the day, and when we found another one, everyone worked hard to get it quickly over the line so we wouldn’t miss out again. Buying a property is complicated, stressful and can be confusing at times, but the team help to make it that much easier to navigate. We’ll certainly be back in a few years when our lease needs extending.

Elite Law and in particular Kalim and Holly were incredibly patient when dealing with my local authority who I had the misfortune of owning a leasehold property with.

Elite Law dealt with the authorities endless excuses and deflections when failing to answer straightforward questions which I had paid for as part of the Leasehold Management Pack.

Elite Law had to finally remind the authority of its legal obligations and the governments expectation on additional charges that it may or may not apply to the fees that it expects for the service it provides.

That challenge alone potentially saved me some money.

Well done Elite Law and I am so glad to finally be rid of my disappointing landlord

As a first, despite the prevarication from the landlord, together we set a new target at Elite Law for the fastest exchange and completion to-date.

Thank you Elite Law and thank you Kalim and Holly for a first class service for a very competitive fee.

I look forward to dealing with you again in the future and will have no hesitation in recommending you to my family, friends and acquaintances.

Guy and his team provide a fantastically efficient service. As anyone, who has sold or purchased a property knows, having a solicitor who gets things done quickly and is responsive, massively increases the probability of the transaction successfully completing and makes your life a whole lot easier - this is money very well spent. We had quotes for conveyancing from various solicitors & choose the Hitchin branch of Elite Law Solicitors, they were not the cheapest but probably the best. Karen and Dilpesh treated us very well & always chased the slower buyers solicitors & made the whole transaction a lot quicker. We would recommend them 100%.
