Carina Brits and Daisy Shephard managed the Transfer of Ownership. They were personable, understanding when things got very complicated, responsive, and action orientated which enabled me to complete the process just before my mortgage offer expired. The initial quote was slightly higher than other conveyancing companies but in hindsight they gave me a personal, bespoke service that was worth double my final bill. I will use them again when l decide to move.

Excellent conveyancing service from Elite Law Solicitors
We used Elite Law Solicitors for the conveyancing on our flat and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team. Beyond excellent
Being first time buyers we were completely clueless about the process, but we needn’t be. Carina and Daisy were fantastic and everything was phrased in non-legal jargon, which made the process far more accessible. No question was too small, and they always clarified when we had queries. Buying a home is stressful, but Elite Law made it far more bearable. We have already recommend them to everyone we know.

Excellent Service
Recently completed a purchase of a property for the first time with my partner. Carina, Daisy and the others who were assigned to our purchase provided an excellent service and would highly recommend them and their firm.
Particularly we were impressed by their speed of response, proactivity and being able to explain complex (to us at least) legal terminology in a clear manner which didn’t make us feel bad for not understanding.
