The communication my clients and I received from Elite Law was fantastic—regular, informative, and proactive—meaning less chasing was needed as we were kept up to date every step of the way.

The timescales were outstanding. From issuing the draft contract to exchange, the process took just over five weeks—an exceptional turnaround. This was all down to the dedication and efficiency of Kalim, the Solicitor, and Deborah, the Business Development Manager.

Excellent Service from Joe and his team

Like many others I am sure, the moving process was longer than we originally expected and we ended up completing on the sales and having a gap before completing on our purchase.
Joe was very supportive to us while efficiently and professionally negotiating with a very difficult and lazy conveyancer who was dealing with our new home.
Joe took extra steps to ensure that the Land Registry details and other loose ends were all tied up and that we were in our house for Christmas.

We used Joe Lewis for our sale and purchase which completed in December 2024. We couldn't fault the service received at all. I've known friends report awful experiences with conveyancing solicitors which is why we decided not to simply go for the cheapest quote. The fee was reasonable and Joe and colleagues were very responsive and efficient.
