We had an aborted purchase with another solicitor where we thought transaction speeds were always fairly slow with solicitors, but working with Kalim proved us wrong! He has been absolutely brilliant through out always at the end of the phone when needed and pushing on and contacting people when needed. From the start, he displayed an impressive depth of knowledge and experience, which immediately put my mind at ease. He took the time to understand my questions, no matter how small or big, and provided clear, concise advice that was easy to understand. His professionalism and commitment to my transaction was evident throughout the process, ensuring I felt supported every step of the way. Having had bad experiences with previous Solicitors, I was shocked by the level of means Kalim took to get the complex matters ironed out with ease. We have just moved into our dream home and it was a long and complicated process involving disputes in both the sale and purchase. Throughout this, Holly at Elite Law was incredible. Efficient, knowledgeable, reassuring and above all really lovely to speak to - a total breath of fresh air after the grumpy and slapdash solicitors I used last time I moved. I was blown away by how quickly she would get back to me about queries and her drive to get us to completion. She always had an idea for how we could solve problems that came up.
I have already recommended her to two friends for their house purchases (one of whom has also now completed and was very happy with the service) and I will continue to sing her praises for a long time!

My partner and I just bought our dream home, which would not have been possible without the expert help of Elite Law Solicitors.
In particular I would like to praise the work of Holly Callaghan. Holly kept us updated every step of the way, she was prompt with her replies to our questions (often within the same hour). Holly was also patient, reassuring and knowledgeable, handling each step of the process with the care and attention it needed. In this stressful journey, at times Holly was the only person keeping us going. If every house move had Holly as their solicitor the process would be much simpler.
