Like many others I am sure, the moving process was longer than we originally expected and we ended up completing on the sales and having a gap before completing on our purchase.
Joe was very supportive to us while efficiently and professionally negotiating with a very difficult and lazy conveyancer who was dealing with our new home.
Joe took extra steps to ensure that the Land Registry details and other loose ends were all tied up and that we were in our house for Christmas.

Emma was superb from first interaction to the last, for our house sale and purchase. Every communication was clear and efficient and using Emma made the whole move soooo much better an experience. I cannot recommend anyone as highly as I would for Emma. She promptly answered my phone calls, emails and any queries we had. She made us feel at ease knowing we had her on our side.
She did such a fantastic job the estate agency has added her to their recommended Solicitors list.

I have to say with prior experience of other law firm conveyancing teams I didn't have much faith in engaging the services of Elite Law, but how wrong was I. Lauren and the team were excellent, from the initial engagement through to completion in four weeks, they were proactive, engaged, supportive of me and each other as a team, and really did deliver to a very high standard. There was continuity in the team, if somebody was absent then I didn't know about it as each team member undertook the conveyancing with such professionalism and accuracy. Thank You team, I will be coming back to you and your Law Firm for my future legal services - Top Marks from me.

Sale was not quite as straight forward as expected but Glenn dealt with these hiccups in a timely manner and always kept me well informed. Elite Law Solicitors Brighton are a wonderful set of Professional Lawyers lead by Kyle Perreaux. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable on property transactions. My brief was completed and right from the start Kyle was on it. He handled the details with utmost professionalism and human content. He went far and above my expectations in handling the case, keeping me in formed, liasing with the other party and making the right turn at possible naughty section. Kyle will put you at easy on the transaction and will be truthful to you at every point. I have been involved in a number of property transactions with other Solicitors , but Kyle and Elite Law Solicitors Brighton are in a different class of efficiency and professionalism.
I will recommend them in any transactions both now and in the future as i believe in them to deliver the transaction details to a successful conclusion.
