Conveyancing journey
As our conveyancing journey comes towards a conclusion, We would like to express our sincere gratitude to you and the team. Our journey started almost two years ago , many decisions taken and not always the right ones. Approximately 18 months ago we started to look at options for conveyancing and I was introduced to Elite Law, I think our initial conversation was we are not the cheapest and I finished off with but you are the best, anyway it stuck in my mind.

Efficient Conveyancing

Excellent Service from Joe and his team
Like many others I am sure, the moving process was longer than we originally expected and we ended up completing on the sales and having a gap before completing on our purchase.
Joe was very supportive to us while efficiently and professionally negotiating with a very difficult and lazy conveyancer who was dealing with our new home.
Joe took extra steps to ensure that the Land Registry details and other loose ends were all tied up and that we were in our house for Christmas.

Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable
Absolute stars. I have never bought a flat and the leasehold/freehold paperwork was a nightmare! Joe Lewis was amazing, patient and worked really hard for my best interests!

Excellent communication and advice
Joe was exceptional in sorting out my flat sale. He always kept me updated with progress and answered my questions, no matter how trivial with patience and professionalism. I use Elite Law for all my other legal matters as well due to their friendly and efficient approach.

Excellent professional service.
We instructed Elite Law Solicitors to act for us in the sale of our house in Amersham and the purchase of our new property. House Sale
