Emma is absolutely fantastic and would recommend her highly, after an extremely stressful house sale for 11 months, Emma worked so efficiently and incredibly organised. We were never left in the dark with anything and she would always endeavour prompt replies. We couldn’t recommend Emma more if we tried. A huge Thankyou to Emma.

£315 for 1 hours work
Paid for their services at 4 o'clock on the Wednesday evening and our buyer pulled out of our sale at 9 o'clock the next morning, we called them straight away and they refused to refund us the full £360 we had to pay as a deposit saying they had done a lot of work which they failed to prove when we asked!! (this was already after a previous sale had fallen through with them so draft copies would have already been on file) so long story short we got £45 refund off them!! AVOID at all costs (literally) as there are smaller solicitors that are more friendly, helpful and understanding that this corporate one

Don’t think twice
Emma was superb from first interaction to the last, for our house sale and purchase. Every communication was clear and efficient and using Emma made the whole move soooo much better an experience. I cannot recommend anyone as highly as I would for Emma. She promptly answered my phone calls, emails and any queries we had. She made us feel at ease knowing we had her on our side.
She did such a fantastic job the estate agency has added her to their recommended Solicitors list.
