Very professional service
We received a very competitive quote for selling our house and for buying our new build. We found Emma to be very friendly and helpful and extremely professional. Getting in touch with her was never a problem and we received lots of information regarding each process and were kept fully updated.
The process of selling was quite stressful but Emma really took the strain and fought our behalf to get things resolved quickly and efficiently. We would have no hesitation in recommending Emma or elite law to anyone.

Never completed all the paperwork for a property purchased in 2021
This is a review about Guy Fernback, solicitor who currently works for EliteLawSolicititors. The experience I have with him is lasting from 2021 when he worked with Child & Child until now. I thought I had a good experience with Guy until I found out that he and his team never registered my property with the Land Registry. He reassured me that it was in his and his team hands and I trusted and never followed up (being the first time buyer). When I found out that the property was not registered with the Land Registry and contacted him for help, he did not get back to me or try to resolve. So please remember, he charges a lot and yet, not everything is legally complete with him. There was also one failure to comply from his side but I would be reporting this to SRA and the Legal Ombudsman.
