This was our first property and, whilst new builds tend to be straightforward, there are always quirks. Kerry and Ed were not hesitant to go the extra mile when we had queries, throughout the process, and their correspondence/documentation was clear, to the point, without unnecessary jargon and meticulous. Having a client who is a Chartered Architect is probably not an easy task, but Elite Law were just as attentive to the process as we have been, which further emphasized that we are in good hands.
