Alteration of wills
A straightforward job, altering our wills and letters of wishes following the sudden death of our son, carried out efficiently and sensitively by Meg Wilton and her colleagues, for a reasonable fee.

Highly recommend Meg Wilton
This was my first experience as Executor and Meg has made it as painless as possible though it certainly hasn’t been quick (through absolutely no fault of hers). She has always been on top of the process, efficient, always friendly and helpful and professional throughout. I would recommend her to handle probate for any size of estate.

Property sale and probate

Highly recommended
Meg was absolutely fantastic. Supported my sister and I throughout the inheritance tax / probate process after the death of our parents. We really appreciated her professional approach and the speed at which she completed the process. All queries were answered by return and Meg helped us through a very difficult period in our lives with her clarity and approachable manner.

Exceptional service
Our main contact with Elite Law is via Meg Wilton. We have now utilised her advice and services for several family matters including wills, trusts (involving assignments and loans,) and probate. She and her team have always delivered an exceptional and expedient service at fees we consider to be fair and competitive. We would rather pay a tad more for a reliable, personal, engaged, and expedient service than one that turns out not to be. Making a Will and Probate
I was introduced to Meg Wilton from Elite Law Solicitors based in Leighton Buzzard Bedfordshire
as I needed legal help after the unexpected death of my husband in September 2022. Having a
Will in place helped to start with, but I wanted to ensure that my only daughter had an up to date Will
and I needed a Probate for property in Spain. I also needed advice regarding other matters.
