My experience in sale of a company property
I have sold a property from my property company. Clearly it was commercial property conveyancing. In spite of all the various complexities the sale was completed in 3 months. The whole experience was easy simple with no significant stress.

My mum and I were made very welcome by Gaynor F at our local Driffield branch. We were well supported there by Debbie S. Due to staff illness our files were moved to the Hull branch. Samantha ensured that every point/task was completed to the highest standard in the quickest of time. We were kept up to date and prompted when required. Sadly the process was made very difficult to to the banks solicitors however, Samantha navigated the process very professionally and got the job done.
