Thank you Katy

I am extremely grateful for everything that Katy has done for me.
Katy assisted Wayne, my Solicitor, throughout my 6 year claim for clinical negligence.
From start to finish Katy would update me regularly on my claim's progress and revise my statement as things unfolded. Her professionalism and expertise is unrivalled.

Katy was privy to sensitive information about my case and showed empathy, compassion, understanding and warmth. Katy's caring demeanour enabled me to discuss the personal aspects of my claim with ease and confidence.

Katy is a professional lady, yet very down to earth and personable. Her calm manor helped to eliminate any stress and anxiety that I felt.

Katy was a reliable point of contact if I ever had any queries, and she explained everything in Layman's terms to ensure I was fully informed.

Ultimately Katy and Wayne's hard work and dedication succeeded in finalising my claim with a lovely settlement sum. Most importantly, I feel like I have recieved the justice I deserve for the physical and psychological suffering at the hands of neglect.
Thank you Katy!! Xx

Thank you Wayne

Wayne has provided an exemplary service throughout whilst conducting my 6 year claim for clinical negligence. The claim thankfully resulted in a nice settlement sum for myself, outside of court.
Wayne was a pillar of strength and support from start to finish. He explained every legal intervention and hurdle to me in Layman's terms so that it was understood easily, minimising stress and worry.

Wayne's unwavering dedication, commitment and compassion made a 6 year claim all worth it. Ultimately he sought the justice that I felt I deserved after battling emotionally and physically at the hands of neglect.

For anybody who may want to pursue a claim but is hesitating due to uncertainty and worry, then I strongly recommend speaking to Wayne for advice. His down to earth demeanour and unfaltering professionalism will help you to make an informed decision.

Thanks so much Wayne. Coming to you for help was the best thing I ever did. Xx

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Amanda during my recent interaction with your services. Amanda was incredibly helpful, and her extensive knowledge made the entire process seamless and straightforward. She took the time to explain things to me in a way that was easy to understand, which I greatly appreciated.

Based on this excellent experience, I would highly recommend Williamson’s Solicitors and especially Amanda to anyone in need of your services. I will certainly be using your services again in the future.

Thank you once again for the outstanding service.

Best regards,

Steve Gill

Dealing with my mum’s estate

My mum passed away in April 2024, leaving a will in the trusted hands of Williamsons Solicitors. Rachael Scott sensitively and patiently oversaw the process of applying for probate and dealing with mum’s estate to its conclusion. Rachael also assisted our daughter during the process with advice as I was gifting my mum’s property to her. Rachael also supported my husband and I with will writing and power of attorney. She was ably assisted by Charlotte who kept me up to date and supported the process also demonstrating professionalism and compassion.
