On the Move
I have moved home quite a few times, the last two I have used Williamsons and found them to be a pleasure to deal with at all levels . I was kept informed at all times and was supported well if the sale looked shaky. I will use them again in the future.

Fantastic Experience From Start To Finish
Richard and the team at Williamsons Solicitors have been fantastic with the purchase of our first home. The process wasn't straight forward for various reason but Richard clearly explained everything to us and gave us our options and made sure we fully understood them.
Richard worked extremely hard for us to ensure we completed before Christmas which included evening and weekend calls and emails sometime late into the evening and early mornings which we truly appreciate.
The service from the whole team was fantastic and I will certainly use them again in the future and would highly recommend Williamsons Solicitors to anyone looking for conveyancing.

House sale and purchase
Richard got the sale and purchase to completion despite many complications (no fault of Williamsons) and despite all the obstacles and setbacks he was always helpful and on the case.

house purchase
was a very quick and pain free purchase dealt with by Richard Fairbank and Debbie Jennison both were on the ball and sorted all issues l had quickly and without hassle, all communication from both was clear and pushed the sale to completion much earlier than expected

Excellent conveyancing experience
Richard was professional, courteous and provided answers and information in a timely manner. Even thought our house sale was straightforward, Richard’s handling of the matter was clear and thoughtful, and had any complications arisen I am sure he would have dealt with them in a similar manner.
I would have no hesitation in using Richard again and in recommending him to others.
