Efficient and knowledgeable solicitor
My first buy and through auction Samantha couldn't have made it easier. She very clearly pointed out issues and made me aware of potential worst cases which definitely saved me from a difficult and could have been a lengthy legal process, a cheap property comes with costs! get a good consultancy solicitor and you'll save a fortune! Thank you Samantha!

Excellent work from start to finish
I would highly recommend Williamsons Solicitors for a professional, reliable and very fast service.
Samantha was great in all respects especially efficiency, reliability and punctuality. I was never left waiting for answers, phone calls or emails. And got what needed doing in a smooth professional manner. And would highly recommend the firm to anyone needing a solicitor in the future.

Excellent property sale with Samantha Pollard
Mine was a slightly protracted property sale as I had to extend the lease as well as sell the property. So it could have been difficult but it wasn't. All went through as planned because of Samantha's calm oversight of the legal side of things. She was patient, professional and effective at every stage of the journey. There were no hitches and her work was great value for money. Samantha was always a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

My experience in sale of a company property
I have sold a property from my property company. Clearly it was commercial property conveyancing. In spite of all the various complexities the sale was completed in 3 months. The whole experience was easy simple with no significant stress.

Impeccable
Samantha ensured that every point/task was completed to the highest standard in the quickest of time. We were kept up to date and prompted when required. Sadly the process was made very difficult to to the banks solicitors however, Samantha navigated the process very professionally and got the job done. Myself, my business partner and the commercial agent were all impressed with Samantha and I could not praise her enough. Thank you

Outstanding Service
I was recommended Williamsons Solicitors to act for a house purchase. Samantha Pollard saw the transaction through from the initial enquiry to the completion. The process was seamless, with regular updates throughout and an attention to detail above what I was expecting.
I was impressed with the service and decided to use Williamsons again to arrange the mortgage on the same property. Again, Samantha showed the same diligent expertise and was available to answer any questions I had.
