?-present
help to adjust a trust
Nearly a year as past since I enquired about adjusting a trust.
I felt as if I'd been past from 1 person to another and getting nowhere.
I explained what I wanted in detail, from the start and filled out paperwork as requested, then got phone call saying I may have to pay stamp July and possibly inheritance tax. I did my homework and found this to be false. So I decided not to proceed any further because I lost confidence .

Trusts are a complex area of law, and we always endeavour to offer practical and comprehensive advice, sadly on this occasion it seems our advice did not meet with your expectations. As a valued client of Williamsons, we are disappointed that you chose not to proceed with us on this occasion.

We would highly recommend
We have used Williamsons Solicitors for buying 2 houses and selling one excellent quick and efficient service. We have just used Williamsons again to make our wills with Rebecca Bisby who again maintained the high standards we have come to recognise from Williamsons. We would highly recommend them quick efficient and very professional. We not only visited Williamsons in persons but but emailed and by telephone all of which quickly answered
