Supported Supported Every Step Of The Way
My negligence claim was against Hull Hospital Trust.
I first spoke to Abigail Abey on the telephone to see if I had a reasonable claim. Abigail thought my case was worth looking at further so visited me at home because of Covid. From then on I dealt with Abigail and Sarah Webster. They offered advice and support throughout the ups and down of the case. The experts I needed to verify my claim were found by them and meetings arranged.
I knew that if I was concerned or did not understand anything they would talk me through things.
When the case was finally settled I was paid my compensation promptly.
