House Purchase and Sale
Amanda and Abigail dealt with our recent sale and purchase of a property in Beverley and dealt with these transactions in an extremely efficient and professional manner. They kept us up to date all through the process even though we were in the USA for five weeks. Well done ladies and thank you for all you did for us.

Excellent and reliable service again

Black & White from Start to Finish
From the start of the conveyancing service to completion the process was smooth and always to the point. Questions answered clearly, instructions passed in a timely manner and always with a polite and professional manner. From choosing a property to completion in six weeks. I know it's not always that easy but with the right team the journey is always less stressful. A special thanks to Abigail Chase, fabulous work!

Would recommend.
My transactions were far from straightforward but in spite of all the hiccups and difficulties along the way, Williamsons were very understanding and supportive. I would and have recommended to friends. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that everything now is done by email and online and this is so mind boggling and on occasion confusing but unfortunately that is now the way of the world and is not the fault of the Solicitors and to be fair they did ask if I wanted everything by email and I agreed to save paper but would have preferred to have received everything on paper.

Informative and simple
This is the second time we have used Williamsons for buying a house and will use again in the future. They kept us updated throughout the process and was on hand to answer questions when we needed.
