I recently used Williamsons Conveyancing team and the service I received was outstanding in every respect. Some aspects of my purchase proved to be complex and throughout the process Jane Cousins and Samantha Pollard guided and provided very excellent and far-sighted advice. Speed was of the essence for this purchase and I cannot speak too highly of the team’s expeditious handling of the entire process. Great communications and nice people too! A very unreserved 5 stars for a truly exceptional service

Conveyancing review
Williamsons acted on our behalf when selling and purchasing a property. They acted with the upmost professionalism at all times. They were extremely responsive to all emails/calls throughout and kept us up to date regarding all points of the purchase, offering advice throughout.

Excellent Client Service
Williamsons are a very professional company with excellent client friendly staff in all departments.
Jane Cousins is efficient and very approachable and I have no hesitation in recommending her for her valuable knowledge and sensible advice on legal matters. The conveyancing team are always available to offer advice - communication is excellent.
I will definitely return to Williamsons in the future for an all round first class service.

Made the not so smooth process easier!
I've recently sold and purchased a house and used Jane and Emily from Williamson's! I cannot recommend them enough! The process was not a smooth one, with an impossible chain and lots of changes out of our control. I'm a bit of a worrier but whenever I questioned or called confused, they were super helpful and helped me straight away, politely and efficiently. This made me feel at ease and I was confident in their ability to look after me and my needs. Highly recommend and I would use them again!
