Hard-working with a big heart
I came into this not expecting anything, but the work from Sarah, Lisa and the team has done so much for me. Financially, they've given me something huge, but it doesn't compare to the emotional win. They've found answers to questions that have bothered me and given me much needed closure for an awful time in my life. The experts and barrister have also been brilliant. I've felt completely included in every step of the process and that everyone has shown great compassion for what I went through.

Clinical negligence claim
Sarah and her team have dealt with my claim over the last four years and I have received the very best advice,excellent communication and help along the way! I was informed of every detail of the progression of my case and advised what course to take for the best outcome for me. In fact, they walked me through all the obstacles and difficulties that occurred along the way with understanding and kindness!
Sarah always explained things to me simply so that I could understand what was happening and what was likely to happen next. I was treated with respect and and my opinions were listened to.

Excellent handling and result.
I can not thank Sarah, Megan, and the whole team enough for all the hard work they've done, the information and answer's they've gotten for me, and the amazing outcome they've achieved. Sarah's expertise, knowledge and support during some very difficult times throughout my journey to get answer's, has being second to none. Sarah goes above and beyond to help you, and get answer's for you, and always shows great compassion and empathy to people. Professional.

Review of case
We were represented by Sarah Jackson for a insurance claim from a driver with no insurance who fled the scene and left my niece trapped in a car and sadly died in the hospital 2 days later.

Review of the service provided
My wife and i were supported by the Team from day one , Always Friendly and helpful , always had time to answer questions and in a down to earth language . Nothing was too much trouble for them , Emails were replied too, very quickly . The ongoing updates were excellent . Their Tenacity In chasing the experts and getting answers to my diagnosis was first class . I / we cannot find any fault in the service and help from the williamson Team .

Absolutely Amazing
The firm and specifically Sarah came recommended to me and I'm so glad they were.
If you are wondering whether to proceed with Williamsons and specifically Sarah, I would say do it.
I couldn't have asked for a better team of people to help me. My thoughts and feelings were noticeably valued and they do truly care.
I cannot fault Sarah and Lisa in everything they've done for me.
They've made one of the hardest experiences of my life that little bit easier.
Their compassion has shone through at every stage and they have been so understanding and patient on the days when there were sometimes harder things to read.
They made me feel that they had my best interests at heart, they have been there every step of the way keeping me updated and giving me a heads up at every stage.

Medical Negligence Claim
