I used rowlinsons for a transfer of equity with my ex. Things got dragged out due to the other party and their solicitors, however rowlinsons were very helpful in continuing to chase to get a resolution for me. After a year we are finally there.
I can't praise Jazmine Humes enough, she kept me updated through the whole process, kept chasing despite hearing nothing for months from the other side and was more than happy to talk to me whenever I called, which ended up being a lot bless her! Not sure if it would've ended up getting done with anyone else so I massively appreciate her hard work.

We just completed on our first home , and as first time buyers we were abit nervous. Jazmine Hume was amazing from start to finish. She went above and beyond for us. She explained everything to us and gave us timelines which she stuck too. We were in a chain of three people Jazmine had us ready to exchange weeks ahead of the other solicitors in the chain. You never had to chase Jazmine she was always proactive in keeping us updated and chasing the other solicitors in the chain.

Will definitely be using Rowlinsons again in the future.

Excellent service and advice throughout

We cannot thank Lucy from Rowlandsons enough for the work she put in, giving regular updates and consistently checking if there was any clarification needed or questions that needed answering.

With her help and speedy resolution of any matters, we managed to go through the entire process in 4 months and would have finished earlier if the owners solicitor was as responsive and helpful as Lucy.

Will happily use Rowlandsons again as long as we can be sure that it will be Lucy helping us.

We have just completed on a house purchase using Rowlinsons Solicitors and we were very impressed with the excellent bespoke service. The solicitor was so focused and dedicated in the support she offered us and she was extremely professional in everything she did. Her organisational skills and communication skills were excellent.

We were kept fully informed throughout the entire process and Rowlinsons were always very quick to respond to any queries we had. Their attention to detail is exceptional and their positive can-do attitude and friendly approach made us feel very happy. We would definitely use Rowlinsons services again. Their vision and values statement: "On your side. By your side" proved to be very true for us. From day one right up to completion their customer service was exceptional.

Great experience of using Rowlinsons for my property sale, Jennifer, Özlem and Naomi were all very helpful, professional and most importantly very quick to answer queries. I was even able to get through to Jennifer straight away via phone call for an urgent question -this was a far cry from my previous experiences with other conveyancers so I was very happy with the overall service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
