Working with Ozlem, as solicitor for the purchase was a pleasure. Ozlem has been very honest, polite and approachable. It was a case with some ups and downs, but Ozlem has dealt with it really well. Due to some issues with top of the chain, we had scheduled completion that did not succeed, when Ozlem tried her best to get us over the line. However on second attempt we succeeded and completion was a success. There were multiple parties involved, including 3 buyers / sellers and 4 solicitors, builder and estate agencies. Eventually Ozlem helped us get over the line before upcoming stamp duty increase in April 2025. Kudos to Ozlem and many thanks for all her efforts.

I’ve used Rowlinsons on numerous occasions previously and from my experience I knew they were the solicitors I wanted to deal with for the sale of my old house and purchase of our new one. Even knowing that, my expectations were exceeded. Naomi has been amazing throughout the whole process. The app is great for communicating - Naomi kept me up-to date at all stages and replied to any queries or questions we had really quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Rowlinsons and I would certainly used them again if needed.

We have just completed on a house purchase using Rowlinsons Solicitors and we were very impressed with the excellent bespoke service. The solicitor was so focused and dedicated in the support she offered us and she was extremely professional in everything she did. Her organisational skills and communication skills were excellent.
We were kept fully informed throughout the entire process and Rowlinsons were always very quick to respond to any queries we had. Their attention to detail is exceptional and their positive can-do attitude and friendly approach made us feel very happy. We would definitely use Rowlinsons services again. Their vision and values statement: "On your side. By your side" proved to be very true for us. From day one right up to completion their customer service was exceptional.

Great experience of using Rowlinsons for my property sale, Jennifer, Özlem and Naomi were all very helpful, professional and most importantly very quick to answer queries. I was even able to get through to Jennifer straight away via phone call for an urgent question -this was a far cry from my previous experiences with other conveyancers so I was very happy with the overall service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
