Purchase of Freehold - Ally Stretton and Molly Farrell
I am so grateful to both Ally and Molly, who have dealt with a very difficult situation caused by two houses in my late mother's estate sharing a leasehold. Therefore as executor, I was unable to sell the properties to wind up my mother's estate. The management company acting on behalf of the freeholder was so difficult to deal with, causing a lengthy delay (almost eight months after offers had been made), first with splitting and re-issuing the leasehold. This was then not accepted by the buyer's conveyancers which led subsequently to Ally and Molly negotiating purchase of the freehold on my behalf. My experiences with other solicitors' firms in the past has not been ideal, but I have found both Ally and Molly to respond very quickly to any queries from myself, from the management company and the conveyancing solicitors. They have also ceaselessly chased all parties involved, including the Land Registry, providing very prompt and clear explanations of the process at all stages. This has been very much appreciated - thank you

conveyancing for house sale
I have used Rowlinson's several times before with Mike Daly acting for me, giving good service. On this occasion Ally Stretton looked after the sale which all went to plan. My contact was Ozlem Yasa who was excellent, returning calls as promised and being helpful at all times. I am very satisfied with the whole process. and am happy to recommend this team.

House Sale
We were aiming to complete a flat sale at short notice (1 week). Ally and her assistant Molly were exceptional - responsive, knowledgable, very approachable and always in contact - down to them we completed on time ... no small feat! Don't go anywhere else!
