Excellent service and advice throughout
We cannot thank Lucy from Rowlandsons enough for the work she put in, giving regular updates and consistently checking if there was any clarification needed or questions that needed answering.
With her help and speedy resolution of any matters, we managed to go through the entire process in 4 months and would have finished earlier if the owners solicitor was as responsive and helpful as Lucy.
Will happily use Rowlandsons again as long as we can be sure that it will be Lucy helping us.

What's good:
Always available to answer questions.
Open late nights in week and Saturday.
Always have cover for holidays or sickness.
Really care and understand the stress of moving.
Keep you fully informed either by ap or email.
Just wouldn't use anybody else.
