Sale of late mother’s property/probate
I was selling two properties, renewing the lease on one and dealing with the other that was in probate. It was all very stressful. At one time I had six solicitors in my life and I wish they had all been Victoria. She was unfailingly professional and always ahead of the game. Highly recommended.

Victoria hands is exemplary
We bought and sold in 2022 and used Victoria in a former firm and when I needed to sell in 2024 I searched the internet to find her at MLP Law.
I honestly would not use anyone but Victoria, her efficiency, attention to detail, ease of working with and ability to get the job done is what sets her aside! We completed in 5.5 weeks from start to finish simply brilliant!
My mum will be using her next for her own purchase, and I recommend her to anyone I know! You wont regret choosing Victoria, 5*

We keep coming back.
This was not the first time we have used MLP, and will not be the last. This time it was for conveyancing. Timely communication is the key to smoothing this often stressful process. Victoria and Chloe were both excellent at this. Our faith in the professionalism of MLP, is indicated by the fact both myself and my daughter competed in the same week, both handled by Victoria. First time buyers, MLP Law conveyancing services
Victoria Hands handled the purchase of a property on our behalf from offer to completion. As first time buyers, we appreciated Victoria's straight forward approach throughout the process, along with timely responses to queries (of which we had many!). Brilliant experience with Victoria
Victoria was our conveyancer for a first time buyer house purchase. She was professional, efficient and friendly. She made the whole process seamless for us, and always was on hand to answer any questions or queries we had. We can't recommend her enough!
Also a shout out to Chloe who helped at the early stages of this house purchase, and on a previous house purchase attempt, she was very helpful and friendly, and again, amazing timely responses.

Faultless and Friendly
Victoria was excellent. She was on the ball at all times, moving the process forward as quickly as possible and was always very prompt in her responses to my questions and keeping me informed of progress.

Leasehold and parking space
This is the second time I have worked with Victoria, first on a leasehold property purchase and then on the purchase of a parking space. Victoria did a fantastic job on both, but on the second one really went out of her to structure the agreements and go above and beyond. Thank you very much Victoria for all your support

Could not recommend MLP Law and Victoria enough!
Just completed on a flat using the legal services of MLP Law, with Victoria as our primary solicitor and Chloe as our secondary contact. They were both extremely professional, friendly, communicative and helpful. As a first time buyer, I didn't know what to expect, but Victoria made the process seamless and explained what was going on every step of the way, answering my many questions without being patronising or dismissive. She always kept me in the loop as to what was going on and what to expect next in a friendly yet professional manner, with communication always direct, swift, and easy to understand. She went above and beyond, ensuring that any issues were ironed out straight away, and was always tenacious, proactive and 'on-the-ball.' In short, I could not recommend Victoria, and MLP Law, enough.
