House sale
Jackie Vernon was our solicitor for the sale of a property in Richmond Upon Thames. She was excellent. Very responsive, easy to speak to on the phone. We have bought and sold a number of properties over the past 15 years and have used Rowlinsons for all of these transactions and have been happy with the service and value for money. Jackie was the best of the 3 solicitors we have used over the years but all were good.

Thoroughly recommend Rowlinsons!
Rowlinsons handled both my sale and purchase, and I would definitely recommend them. Jackie and Sharelle dealt with my questions and enquiries quickly and efficiently meaning we were able to complete my purchase within quite a tight timescale. They were a pleasure to deal with.
On a more general note, the approach by Rowlinsons to share the initial sale/purchase information documents via an app was really helpful. They have clearly made an effort to make these forms as quick and easy to complete as possible, and I was able to complete them via my phone. Anything that reduces large amounts of paperwork gets my vote!

First time buyer.
My experience of working with Rowlinsons has been excellent. As a first time buyer I was learning the process from scratch which is intimidating. Jackie and Sharelle were extremely helpful in responding to my many process, timeline and jardon questions and 'what ifs'. They were timely, clear and thorough with their explanations. This was hugely helpful and acted to alleviate my concerns. They are also a professional, personable and friendly business to interact with.
I thoroughly recommend Rowlinsons and will definitely use them again.

House sale and abandoned purchase
Worked with Jackie and Sharelle predominantly and was impressed with the app that Rowlinsons used to upload information and attachments. This was very efficient compared to my previous house buying experience.
Jackie and Sharelle kept me informed and responded in a timely manner and Jackie was available for calls when needed.
Honest advice given when my purchase was going a bit awry, which was appreciated.

House purchase
Excellent. I have now used Rowlinsons twice, trying a more local solicitor in between which was a disaster. I am so glad I returned to Jackie and the team at Rowlinsons. The app is easy to use and additional communication by email made the process straight forward.
