Sale of family property
Very nice ladies Juneeta and Jazmine. Easy to communicate with on app or via phone call. Kept us updated on progress, dealt with the purchaser’s solicitor very well. We will use them again in the future.

House purchase

Excellent house sale process
I had an excellent experience with Rowlinsons solicitors as they acted for me on the sale of my property. I found the app to be a useful tool in communicating directly with the solicitors. They kept me well informed through a difficult sale process at times and were supportive throughout and I felt they were always working for my best interests in as speedy but appropriate way as possible.

Conveyancing Service
In all, the service was good / very good, with some blips at the beginning and communication flaws due to staff transfer of information in a case of maternity cover.
However, things got back on track overall and we were pleased with the new solicitor's responses to matters moving forward.
