From start to completion, Michelle and Myles have been friendly, efficient and helpful providing us with everything we needed to know and/or do!
Michelle kept us informed at all times and very prompt at replying! The app was really useful to exchange communication and provide the required information.
Selling and buying a new home is stressful but these guys made it so much easier. Would highly recommend for anyone.

Great friendly service
Myles and Saran were both very friendly and reassuring during the whole process. As a first time buyer I was full of worry and questions and they were both helpful at every step.

Help To Buy Remortgage
Second time we have used this company for mortgage services. This time it was a little more complicated whereby help to buy needed settling, names changing on deeds and so on.
Myles who handled our case was great to deal with and being able to speak with him directly over the phone or email help keep things moving along nicely. It enabled us to provide any additional information to him directly which keeps the process quick which was essential for us with valuations, settlements and mortgage offers being time sensitive. Myles was great at answering any questions quickly and communication was spot on throughout.
I would recommend and we will use them again no doubt in future.

Great service
Thank you very much to Myles for his excellent service and support during the sale of our lat mother’s house. Great experience for a first time buyer
My partner and I have just completed on our first home and we were referred to Rowlinsons via our mortgage advisor. Myles was assigned to us and we could not be happier with how he dealt with our purchase. When we had questions which needed answering, Myles answered them with patience, understanding and thoroughly explained things to us. Communication was very good and we enjoyed being able to use the chat feature on the app to communicate with Myles. We felt very looked after throughout the whole process!

An ever improving service
We had used Rowlinsons Solicitors a few years ago when we last moved and they were brilliant then. This time we went to them again and the experience was even better than last time. Myles Power was on top of everything and we were never lagging behind.
The thing that really set them apart though was the app. I work in the estate agency and mortgage industry and deal with a lot of conveyancing solicitors on a daily basis. This is the only form I am aware of that is using an app, and it made life so much easier, we were able to sign and return documents instantly l, we could message Myles directly with any questions and we could recheck and find documents with ease.
Myles and Rowlinsons have set the bar that all conveyancers should strive for, we will absolutely be using them again in future.
