First time buyers
After receiving a really poor service from another firm at the start of our process, Lucy and Laura made everything feel so stress free and we are so grateful! We are first time buyers and Lucy kept us updated the whole time and explained things when we were unsure. Amazing experience!
Being a first time buyer I found the whole process very swift and straightforward! To be honest I was really concerned hearing other people experiences but Laura and Lucy made the whole experience extremely easy! Always happy to answer all my questions, they made it so easy for me!
