Saran joined the firm in 2018 and is a Solicitor within our Commercial Property department. Within this role, she focuses on a myriad of commercial property matters. This includes advising of the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial properties, assisting clients with property investment and development projects, and dealing with land acquisition and disposals. Drawing upon her vast experience from our Property Department, Saran is poised to offer insightful guidance to our clients, navigating them through the intricate world of commercial property. Prior to this, Saran was seated within our Private Client department, where she dealt with a range of client matters including Wills, the administration of estates and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Saran's primary objective in her role was to make sure client’s intentions were made clear to give complete reassurance that their wishes remained respected and adhered to. Saran spent the majority of 2022 in our Conveyancing department based in Rowlinson House, where she has gained extensive experience in progressing conveyancing matters from instruction to completion for local, national, and even international clients. Since joining the firm, Saran has established a positive rapport with clients built over the years she has spent working within the Property Department, where she has confidently faced complex challenges such as unforeseen developments during the sale and purchase process, fast-paced matters and even the odd celebrity too. Saran prides herself on her high quality of work, organisation, and communication - receiving positive client reviews and an incredibly organised file structure. Away from the office, Saran enjoys open water swimming, relaxing with a nice movie and meeting with family and friends on the weekend.
