Excellent Selling and Purchasing a property

Sharon Lerry, Jacob King and Tonya Morris have provided an excellent service whilst buying and selling a property. The whole process was very stressful due to external factors but we completed on Monday the 11th November, both my husband and I were delighted. The standard others should aspire to

We have used Sharon and the team at MFG previously and did not hesitate to enlist their services again for the sale of one of our rentals. From the outset it became clear that they were in a different league to the team representing the buyer. A frustrating process made tolerable by MFG, their excellent communication, forward thinking and diligence helped get the sale over the line in a matter of weeks despite the best efforts of buyer's solicitors in undermining this. Professional, reliable and approachable I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is tired of the apathy, unprofessionalism and lack of care found in too many practices today.

Nazia did a fantastic job sorting out a relatively complex Grant of Probate with myself, and a Will for my mother. Everything was always explained in a non legal. friendly and professional manner and the attention to detail ensured we ultimately saved considerable time and effort. I would also mention that Nazia was very kind and patient with my elderly mother, putting her at ease and generally making the process as comfortable as possible. mfg has been excellent throughout the process of selling my house. Their thorough searches enabled me to withdraw from a house purchase early in the process. Communication has been clear and detailed. Each time I have been to their office the staff have been polite and helpful.
