I have never used mfg previously, so although I had a recommendation from a solicitor friend I was a little unsure what to expect. I am pleased to say though that I am very impressed; although we never met Sharon Lerry and her team, they conducted the conveyancing for our new property in exemplary fashion. Sharon was easy to contact and responded quickly, sometimes late in the evening and always kept us informed with regard to progress and offered advice with regard to any issues that came up. I would not hesitate to use her and mfg again.

Excellent Services as Always
This is the 3rd time now I have used Sharon and the MFG team to move home, Sharon and Jacob communicated clearly, kept me updated throughout, and handled everything efficiently. Their attention to detail and professionalism gave me real peace of mind. The fees were transparent and I would Highly recommend!

Excellent Selling and Purchasing a property
Sharon Lerry, Jacob King and Tonya Morris have provided an excellent service whilst buying and selling a property. The whole process was very stressful due to external factors but we completed on Monday the 11th November, both my husband and I were delighted. Sharon is a very honest solicitor who puts her clients first. Highly recommend her!

The standard others should aspire to
We have used Sharon and the team at MFG previously and did not hesitate to enlist their services again for the sale of one of our rentals. From the outset it became clear that they were in a different league to the team representing the buyer. A frustrating process made tolerable by MFG, their excellent communication, forward thinking and diligence helped get the sale over the line in a matter of weeks despite the best efforts of buyer's solicitors in undermining this. Professional, reliable and approachable I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is tired of the apathy, unprofessionalism and lack of care found in too many practices today.

Supportive and professional experience.
Sharon and Jacob were a great help during an extended and difficult move. We lost a buyer and then the house we originally wanted however the support and advice we received from mfg helped us through these issues. Very professional team who listened to our concerns and provided valuable advice.

Great service
I was recommended Sharon & MFG from a friends parent for my first residential purchase. As a mortgage professional who had not come across this firm yet, I was pleasantly surprised with the service that I received. I found Sharon to be proactive and she quickly noticed that additional work would be required, as the property I was buying had never been registered with land registry as well as a potential grant of probate issue. The additional costs of this and the full process was explained to me clearly. I always struggled to get through to Sharon on the phone, however she always got back to me via email in a promptly manner. Overall I was very happy with the service and I will definitely use again.

Highly recommended
A brilliant find! The conveyancing process for my new home was daunting with a number of unusual challenges but Sharon immediately brought everything under control and got through it at brisk pace. Her detailed knowledge of the law, extensive experience of previous cases, and a friendly approachable communication style were a winning formula. She led all parties through best practice and avoided several headaches by selecting the right course of action early in the process. A first-rate result.
