I have never used mfg previously, so although I had a recommendation from a solicitor friend I was a little unsure what to expect. I am pleased to say though that I am very impressed; although we never met Sharon Lerry and her team, they conducted the conveyancing for our new property in exemplary fashion. Sharon was easy to contact and responded quickly, sometimes late in the evening and always kept us informed with regard to progress and offered advice with regard to any issues that came up. I would not hesitate to use her and mfg again.

Sharon & team are excellent
Sharon has been my go to lawyer for all my house sales and purchases over the past 10 years, she is so easy to talk to, practical, and always manages to get the job done in good time, despite hold ups from 'the other side'. Outstanding
Sharon and Jacob were outstanding from start to finish with our very difficult house sale and purchase.
Sharon could not have done enough, she went above and beyond.
Had Sharon not represented us, our house sale and purchase would have almost certainly fallen through.
Sharon certainly has a lot of experience, and outshone all other solicitors in the chain.
The two estate agents were also very impressed with Sharon’s service and stated without her knowledge, expertise and passion for her job the house sale could have flopped. I have recommended Sharon to my friends and family.

Highly Recommend
I’ve moved house a few times and have often found that communication with solicitors has been a challenge, however Sharon & Jacob have been easy to contact & kept me to up to date. I’d definitely use them again.

David & Sandra's move
Whilst it would have been nice to meet Sharon at an early stage, the process of selling and buying seemed to proceed well, efficiently and professionally. We were kept well informed on important issues and the difficult issues were dealt with well including the set-backs caused by people lower down in the chain. As might be expected this was the usual traumatic experience for us as the sellers and buyers!
