My claim has taken over 4 years to settle but during that time I have received the very best service anyone could expect from David and his team. Not only has his advice been clear and accurate he has displayed a constant interest in my welfare and future and has remained a consummate support to me in each and every decision I have made. Although he has guided me I have always felt in control and the outcome he achieved for me far exceeded any expectation I had. This outcome was never certain and I firmly believe another solicitor may not have achieved the same result. I paid over £4,000 to this company and was no further forward than when l first started using this company. It appeared to be all about the money charging for every little thing and doing things that were unnecessary just so they could charge me for this. Phone calls made by me or email sent by me and preparing for a phone was all charged. Would not recommend them to anyone l know.
