Beth advises on all aspects of commercial property, from development to investment, acting for landowners, developers and investors. Beth has particular experience advising on the preparation and management of sites in readiness for sale and/or development for mixed uses, including industrial, residential (Build to Rent and student accommodation), community and education uses and retail. She also advises on the acquisition, letting and sale of medical centres and the acquisition and sale of sites for the construction of battery storage facilities and short term operating reserve schemes.
